Monkey up monkey down...

I'm sure every knitter in the world (as long as they have internet access) have seen them, CookieA's infamous monkey socks. The pattern is free, easy to memorize and quite impressive. Plus, it's perfect for handpainted yarn :-)

I used Zauberwiese sock yarn colourway Orangentörtchen. The colours vary from yellow to dark brown but the pattern still shows extremely well. :-)

Another Zauberwiese skein, colourway Eisblume. If you like soft colours I can only recommendvthis dyer, she is really talented :-) and has an eye for pastels and softer colour combinations. Awesome!
